Want to use your own logo? Please send us a .eps or. ai vector file made in Adobe Illustrator to our designer production@cocreativedesign.com.au with fonts outlined (contact us if you need help or your logo redrawn) we can also often use high res jpegs. Let us know if you want us to use your logo and do not have the right format our graphic design can recreate for a custom design fee. We can redraw/create logos for an additional fee to cover our highly trained designer’s time. You will be sent a proof to review from our designer before we produce it. Once approved we then produce.

Please ensure you let us know when checking out:
1. Choose the number of matches you would like from the drop-down options.
2. When ordering please ensure to leave all your custom requests (wording, colours, fonts, layout) in the notes area. Let us know if files have been sent or will be sent via email. If you're emailing files for a custom order, please include your order number in the email.
3. Include all details in your order brief. Our team follows the personalization details and checkout instructions; reviewing messages, Shopify Chat, DMS, or emails for specifics might not be possible as we have many team members working on orders.
4. Please provide an address suitable to have the item left by the courier. These matches are delivered by Courier Toll Priority. Please ensure to provide an address suitable for a daytime delivery (not a postal box).
Important note if you plan to reship: Matches are classified as flammable so please ensure to check with your shipping provider if you intend to courier this to customers or another location. To save a redelivery charge, they are sent with 'no signature required' so will be left in a safe location if you're not home.

TURNAROUND: Due to the custom nature; we usually turn these around in approx 2-3 weeks. Large custom orders of 500 or more are produced in 4-6 weeks. Mass-produced items turnaround is approx 5-6 weeks. Contact us if you have the desired deadline.
