You can decide whether you’d like their full name printed, first name only, or first name with surname initial. Your place cards can include more wording such as a thank you message or your wedding details, such as bride and groom names, wedding venue and date.

To streamline production, please provide your guest name list in an Excel spreadsheet. We suggest grouping names according to table number or sort them alphabetically if you haven't finalised seating arrangements. Triple check that all spelling is correct and that your place card count matches your guest count.
