Order custom printed matchboxes in bulk for your business!
Fully customise the design, colour, and fonts to match your business aesthetic. Simply submit your own artwork to us, or we can help design a matchbox to suit your business.
We've worked with countless businesses and companies to create matchboxes for events, promotion and as favours for customers.
These bulk matchboxes differ from our usual listings in that the designs are printed directly onto the box - not via sticker application. This gives these bulk matchboxes a highly professional, consistent, and mass-produced finish. Colour also extends onto the spine, behind the striker, which is not a feature on our normal non-bulk matchboxes.
Bulk matchbox orders also get to choose from 15 matchstick tip colours - to further customise your matchboxes as a whole! We can cater custom matchstick tip colours, but this will incur an additional cost.

- Standard Matchbox Size: 58 x 36 x 8mm
- Approx. 17 matchsticks per box: 48 mm matches in each box
- Designs are printed directly onto the box, with full CMYK print included.

Want to use your own logo? Download our Custom Matchbox Die file to upload your own artwork. You must watch this video on how to properly save out your design file. If you cannot save your file correctly, please reach out to us and we can help you with this process for an extra fee to compensate for our designer's time.

You will be sent a proof to review from our designer before we produce it. Once approved we then produce your matchboxes.
ORDER PROCESS:
- Choose the quantity of bulk matches you would like from the drop-down options.
- Choose the match tip colour you would like from the drop-down options.
- Leave all your custom requests (wording, colours, fonts, layout) in the notes area. Let us know if files have been sent or will be sent via email. If you're emailing files for a custom order, please include your order number in the email.
- Please order with a shipping address suitable to have the item left by the courier. These matches are delivered by Courier Toll Priority. Please ensure to provide an address suitable for a daytime delivery (NO POSTAL BOXES OR PARCEL LOCKERS).
Important note if you plan to reship: Matches are classified as flammable so please ensure to check with your shipping provider if you intend to courier this to customers or another location. To save a redelivery charge, they are sent with 'no signature required' so will be left in a safe location if you're not home.
