Please send us a .eps or. ai vector file made in Adobe Illustrator to our designer production@cocreativedesign.com.au with fonts outlined (contact us if you need help or your logo redrawn) or let us know if you want us to use your logo and do not have the right format our graphic design team can recreate for a custom design fee. CANVA files are not designed to work with our professional laser machinery but we can share a video on how to save CANVA files our as .svg if needed. We can also redraw/create logos for an additional fee to cover our highly trained designer’s time.
Kindly take note that in case the logo design requested is more intricate, or you decide to make modifications to the original brief or request multiple changes, there might be an extra fee to account for the time spent by our skilled designers. Furthermore, requesting revisions may also result in a delay to your production and shipment schedule.
