Metallic foil printing is available by request and at an additional cost. Because each foil job is different, we ask that you contact us before placing an order, particularly for small runs under 1,000 units where limitations and extra setup costs apply.

RUSH Production is available as an add-on to ensure your matchboxes arrive on time. This timeline accounts for time taken to PRODUCE your matches. It does not include delivery and transit times.
How to Order Your Own Custom Matchboxes
- Choose the quantity of matchboxes in the drop-down menu.
- Leave all your custom requests (wording, colours, fonts, layout) in the notes area. Let us know if files have been attached or will be sent via email. If you're emailing files for a custom order, please include your order number in the email.
- Select the appropriate RUSH production option if required.
- Please order with a shipping address suitable to have the item left by the courier. These matches are delivered by Courier Toll Priority. Please ensure to provide an address suitable for a daytime delivery (NO POSTAL BOXES OR PARCEL LOCKERS).
- You will be sent a digital proof to review from our designer before we produce it. Please ensure that you place your order with the correct email address for communication. Once approved we then produce your matchboxes.
How to Design Your Matchbox
The first step to creating your own matchbox is to download our die line file available here to upload your own artwork. Following and using this template ensures that the design process and production of your matchboxes is seamless and easy.
You must watch this video on how to properly save out your design file. If you cannot save your file correctly, please reach out to us and we can help you with this process for an extra fee to compensate for our designer's time.

Other Notes
If you are located in WESTERN AUSTRALIA (WA) please add another week to the turnaround time due to the transit duration of the matchboxes across Australia.
METALLIC FOIL finish is an additional process and incurs an additional cost. Please contact us to review your requirements for applying a foil finish to your matchboxes.
If you plan to reship: Matches are classified as flammable so please ensure to check with your shipping provider if you intend to courier this to customers or another location. To save a redelivery charge, they are sent with 'no signature required' so will be left in a safe location if you're not home.
Pink or custom colour tips available for orders 1000+
TURNAROUND: Due to the custom nature; we usually turn these around in approx 2-3 weeks. Large custom orders of 500 or more are produced in 4-6 weeks. Mass-produced items turnaround is approx 5-6 weeks. Contact us if you have the desired deadline.
