Customising your dream wedding is simple! Follow these simple steps to start creating your custom wedding stationery.

Choose Your Product(s)

Select your desired wedding stationery. We can use the same / similar design across all of our different products.

Submit Your Design

All of our wedding stationery products come with custom die-line templates to upload your own artwork. Follow the instructions on these templates, or choose a pre-made design and submit your wedding details.

Approve & Receive

We'll send you a digital proof to review. Once approved, we produce your matches in-house and ship them straight to your door!

How do I submit my own design?

Each listing has a template you can download to create and upload your matchbox or matchbook design. You can watch our YouTube Artwork Setup Guide or read our blog post to learn how to properly set your art up. Your file must be saved in vector format (.ai or .eps) with all fonts outlined and images embedded. We do not accept CANVA files.

Can I use the same design / aesthetic across different products?

Yes you can! All of our products are designed to be fully customisable, and our team of designers will work closely with you to make your design work across all of our different wedding products.

Can you help me design my wedding stationery?

Yes! We’re more than happy to assist you with creating your design from you art assets or wedding inspiration for a small design fee. Get in touch with us through email at production@cocreativedesign.com.au to get started.

How far in advance should I order my wedding stationery?

We advise ordering your wedding stationery once you've sent out your invites and have an approximate RSVP'd guest count. This helps you decide how much to order and provides us with a comfortable production time. We understand the stress involved with planning a wedding, so we also offer expedited production for all of our wedding products in case you need your items sooner.

My wedding is coming up soon - how do I get my order sooner?

We offer 2 levels of expedited production: EXPRESS (1-2 weeks) and RUSH (1 week or less) for our wedding products. If ordering more than 1 different type of product (e.g. Matchboxes and Coasters) you must add expedited production for both items. Make sure to account for shipping times when deciding which upgrade you require. If you have an event deadline, please let us know when placing your order.
