COLOUR MATCHING NOTICE:

Our matchboxes are a great pair with our custom coasters. However, whilst we endeavour to colour-match orders as best as possible, please note that due to differences in paper and printers used for each product, colour differences may be present.

FAQs

How do I submit my own logo or design?

Each listing has a template you can download to create and upload your matchbox or matchbook design. You can watch our YouTube Artwork Setup Guide or read our blog post to learn how to properly set your art up. Your file must be saved in vector format (.ai or .eps) with all fonts outlined and images embedded. We do not accept CANVA files.

Can you help me design my matches?

Yes! We’re more than happy to assist you with creating your design from your logo and art assets for a small design fee. Get in touch with us through email at production@cocreativedesign.com.au to get started.

I have an event deadline – how do I get my matches sooner?

We offer 2 levels of expedited production: EXPRESS (1-2 weeks) and RUSH (1 week or less). Make sure to account for shipping times when deciding which upgrade you require. If you have an event deadline, please let us know in the order notes when placing your order.

Do you offer foiling or other paper stocks?

We offer premium upgrades such as metallic foiling and textured cardstock on a quote-by-quote basis. Please see our Signature Series Matchboxes & Matchbooks to see what we have on offer and to get a quote.
