RUSH Production is available as an add-on to ensure your matchboxes arrive on time. This timeline accounts for time taken to PRODUCE your matches. It does not include delivery and transit times.

Our premium business matchbooks are fully customisable to meet your brand guidelines and business aesthetic. They are ready to customise with:

How to Order Your Own Custom Matchbooks
- Select the number of matchbooks you would like in the drop-down menu.
- In the Personalisation Box above, enter any personalisation details you may have. Otherwise, just inform us to refer to email for the files you will send to us at production@cocreativedesign.com.au
- Select the appropriate RUSH production option if required.
- Download our Matchbook Design File. Follow the instructions when importing your design into the file.
- Upload your completed Matchbook Design File.
- Please provide an address suitable for daytime delivery by courier. DO NOT PROVIDE POSTAL BOXES AS THESE ARE NOT ACCEPTED. IF PROVIDING A BUSINESS ADDRESS, ENSURE THAT PARCELS CAN BE LEFT SAFELY OUTSIDE OR SOMEONE WILL BE PRESENT TO PICK UP.
How to Design Your Matchbook
The first step to creating your own matchbox is to download our Matchbook Artwork Die file and follow the instructions on the PDF when you import your design. Following and using this template ensures that the design process and production of your matchboxes is seamless and easy.
You must watch this video on how to properly save out your design file. If you cannot save your file correctly, please reach out to us and we can help you with this process for an extra fee to compensate for our designer's time.

Other Notes
TURNAROUND: Due to the custom nature; we usually turn these around in approx 3-4 weeks. Large custom orders of 500 or more are produced in 4-6 weeks. Mass-produced items turnaround is approx 5-6 weeks. Contact us if you have a desired deadline.
If you are located in WESTERN AUSTRALIA (WA) please add another week to the turnaround time due to the transit duration of the matchboxes across Australia.
