Wanting to use your own logo? Please send us a .eps or. ai vector file made in Adobe Illustrator to our designer tom@cocreativedesign.com.au with fonts outlined (contact us if you need help or your logo redrawn) we can also often use high res jpegs. Let us know if you want us to use your logo and do not have the right format our graphic design can recreate for a custom design fee. We can redraw/create logos for an additional fee to cover our highly trained designer’s time.
You will be sent a proof to review from our designer before we produce it . Once approved we then produce.

2. When checking out please ensure to let us know your your custom details
3. Please provide a contact number for the courier. These matches are delivered by Courier Toll Priority. Please ensure to provide an address suitable for a daytime delivery (not a postal box).
Important note if you plan to reship: Matches are classified as flammable so please ensure to check with your shipping provider if you intend to courier this to customers. To save a redelivery charge, they are sent with 'no signature required' so will be left in a safe location if you're not home.
TURNAROUND: Due to custom nature; we turn these around in approx. 4-6 weeks. Contact us if you have the desired deadline.
